Kanga Pouch and Pad Pants for Men work in a different way to Kylie absorbent products. These pants are more of a jockey brief style. They have an encapsulated marsupial pouch sewn into the lining. This allows the wearer to place a disposable or reusable pad into the pouch.

The advantage of this system is that it can offer greater absorbency than the Kylie Pants or Boxers, and the user can change the pad throughout the day as frequently as required. This saves the user time and allows them to stay dry and comfortable without undressing to change the pants.
