Millions of incontinence sufferers not getting support.

NHS England have published guidance that warns that million of people in England are 'suffering in silence' because they are to embarrassed to discuss their incontinence problems.

The guidance also calls for better training for NHS staff including physiotherapists, nurses, doctors and care assistants and points out that many continence problems can be cured or managed.
