Brexit & International Shipping
From January 1st 2021 the rules around exporting incontinence products from the UK to Europe are changing as a result of the UK leaving the EU.
With the new rules, regulations and customs coming into place, we will be required to temporarily halt our EU shipping services. To allow for a smooth transition shipping to all EU countries will be temporarily removed from our website on December 20th. Regrettably this does mean our customers will be unable to place orders on our website or over the phone with shipping to the EU.
We are actively working with our shipping partners to get all of our services back up and running as normal. We currently estimate EU shipping will return by early February.
We will continue to update this page as more information becomes available. Until then we’d like to thank all of our loyal customers for their support. This isn’t goodbye, it’s see you soon!
